Yes. The consultation is completely free with no obligation. You fill out our quick form and send a few photos, we review them and understand your goals and budget, and we give you a straight price by text. You decide if you want to move forward. No deposit, no pressure.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. As long as we can access your vehicle, you don't need to be there. Most customers go about their day while we work. We'll text you when we're done so you can come inspect the car.
Do you need my water or electricity?
Never. We carry a 140-gallon water tank and run entirely on our own power station. No generator noise, no fumes, nothing borrowed from you. All we need is access to your car in a safe position.
How do you determine pricing?
Most first-time details land in the $200 to $300 range, and maintenance visits start at $100. Beyond that, we price based on your specific car. The condition, the material, the size, the type of dirt, your goals and your budget all factor in. A compact that's been garaged for three years is a completely different job than a full-size SUV used for dog runs and road trips. We quote after reviewing your photos and we never change the number when we show up to do the service.
How long does the service take?
It depends on the vehicle and the service. A basic exterior detail can take 2 to 3 hours. A full interior and exterior detail on a neglected vehicle can take a full day. We'll give you a time estimate before we start so you can plan accordingly.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance up to one million dollars per occurrence on every single job. Ask us for proof of insurance before you book and we'll send it immediately. Most mobile detailers in San Diego cannot do that.
Does the consultation and service happen the same day?
The consultation happens online — you send photos, we quote by text. Once we agree on scope and price, we schedule the actual service for a date that works for you and come to your location to do the work.
Where do you service?
All of San Diego County. La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Mission Valley, Santee, Chula Vista, National City, Lemon Grove, and everywhere in between. If you're in San Diego County, we come to you.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
We don't pack up and leave until you've inspected the car and you're satisfied. That's not a policy. It's just how we operate. In seven years we've never had to come back for a redo because we get it right the first time and we don't leave until the customer says so.
