Cancellation Policy
Last updated June 2026We understand that schedules change. Here's how cancellations and rescheduling work at DETL San Diego.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled service appointment. You can cancel by calling or texting (619) 777-5907. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in a rescheduling fee at our discretion, particularly for longer services such as ceramic coatings and multi-stage paint corrections where significant time has been reserved.
Rescheduling
We're happy to reschedule your appointment at no cost as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice. Simply call or text (619) 777-5907 and we'll find a time that works. We carry a waitlist and your consideration in giving us adequate notice helps us serve other customers.
Weather
Certain services, including exterior detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating, require dry conditions to be performed correctly. If weather prevents us from completing your service safely, we will reschedule at no charge to you. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you in advance if we need to move your appointment.
No-Shows
If we arrive at your location and cannot access your vehicle or reach you, we consider this a no-show. No-shows may be subject to a service call fee to cover travel and time. We will always attempt to contact you before marking an appointment as a no-show.
Our Commitment
If we need to cancel or reschedule on our end for any reason, we will notify you as early as possible and prioritize rescheduling your appointment at your earliest convenience. Your time matters and we take that seriously.
